Our sparkling wine autoclaves are at the top of the range and can be made in different configurations:
- Pharmaceutical grade internal mirror polishing (weldings are always internal and the surface is shaved, not simply brushed);
- Full height cooling jacket;
- Modern high flow agitation system (to minimize the stress of the product);
- Cleaning systems with high efficiency (to minimize downtime and to use reduce the usage of snitizing products).
All the components (doors, valves, pressure gauges, safety valves, pressure and temperature probes), are exclusively of leading Italian and European manufacturers.
