The TC12 vinificator is the result of our forty years of experience in winemaking techniques.

The ease of use, combined with the automation of the most important winemaking phases, guarantees maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Our integrated vinification system, together with oxygenation system, guarantees effective and natural oxygenation, active mixing of the liquid mass of the crushed grapes and maximum extraction of color and aromatic elements. Insufflation of oxygen can occur at different heights.

The mechanized and automated sprinkler, fully programmable, directs the fall of the must in different directions at different falling speed.

The pumping over system, based on “soft” pumps, maximizes phenolic extraction by reducing the stress of the must and the production of gross lees.
